To ensure specialized temperature-controlled and shock-absorbent handling, shipping charges apply to live plant shipments and are itemized at checkout based on weight, foliage dimensions, and delivery location.
3. Tracking & Transit Safety
Customers receive live tracking updates via SMS and Email once their plant consignment departs the nursery. Verdora works with specialized express courier partners to minimize transit duration.
4. Eco-Safe Bio Packaging
Plants are cushioned in biodegradable cardboard cages with coco-peat moisture locks that sustain the roots for up to 7 days in transit without wilting or soil displacement.
5. Mandatory Open-Box Inspection at Doorstep
At delivery, our courier representative will open the box in your presence. Please inspect the foliage, stem, and pot. If any breakage or transit damage is observed, reject that specific item on the spot for an immediate reorder or refund.
