Verdora follows a strict open-box inspection policy at the time of delivery. Our delivery executive will open and present each live plant before you. Any broken or damaged items can be rejected on the spot for an immediate refund. Because live flora requires specialized care once accepted, all completed deliveries are final.

Orders are typically dispatched within 24-48 hours directly from our climate-controlled nursery partners. Plants are secured in specialized breathable, shock-resistant corrugated cages with moisture-lock soil wrapping so they reach you in pristine health.

Licensed nurseries, artisanal potters, and garden care specialists can sign up through our Vendor Portal. Our onboarding team inspects quality standards before listing your inventory across our pan-India network.

We support all major Indian payment gateways: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit & Debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay), and secure Net Banking.

Every Verdora plant arrives with a customized plant care guide specifying sunlight, watering frequency, and potting mix requirements. You can also explore our Plant Doctor guides or book a home consultation service.

During our mandatory open-box delivery check, verify the leaves and pots. If anything is compromised during transit, reject the specific item on the spot with our delivery associate and an instant refund or re-dispatch will be initiated.

Yes! We provide tailored enterprise green gifting, office landscaping, and bulk plants with volume discounts up to 25%+ and formal GST ITC tax invoices. Visit our Bulk Orders page to submit your project requirements.
